'Tanayia'

The gorgeous Tanayia is dam to Drifter and Roary and also Rookie's aunty. We had the pleasure of having her stay with us here at Idigadog for the 2008 racing season while her owner, Natalie, was on holiday overseas.

Tanayia is very placid, easy going and a real lady. Probably the most gentle dog we've ever had in our yard but when you put her in harness, the beast comes out! She is tireless and hardworking on the trail and is definately a pace setter. Tanayia is command conscious and very obedient and all this plays into how she performs in a team or just running about in the yard.

This striking lady ran in a four dog team with her kennel mate Shayla, Jonty and Cooper. They made an awesome combination for the 2008 season and earned the title of being the fastest Siberian Husky 4 dog team in Australia!

It was a pleasure to have Tanayia stay with us and we missed her terribly when she went back home to Western Australia. Here's hoping she will come for another visit sometime in the near future!

December 2008 saw Tanayia deliver a litter of six to Jonty. The 'Motley Crue' were a long awaited addition to both TseekaSpirit and Idigadog and we are very excited to see how they will perform in harness.
